Hospice of Northwest Ohio served its first patients in 1981 and serves Northwest Ohio & all of Monroe County, MI. Hospice of Northwest Ohio is a non-profit and the area's largest provider of hospice care. As a community-based organization, we are the only local agency solely dedicated to caring for the terminally ill.
